   From patients (for complaints & reviews): name, email, and phone number (if voluntarily submitted), complaint details and supporting evidence (invoices, medical reports, anonymized before/after photos, appointment confirmations).
   From website visitors: technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies, analytics) to improve site performance and SEO.

3. How We Use Information
   To verify providers before listing them.
   To publish patient reviews only when supported by evidence.
   To handle complaints fairly and transparently.
   To maintain the security, functionality, and SEO optimization of our site.

   Complaints are accepted only with supporting evidence.
   If a violation is proven, the hospital/clinic will be removed and banned permanently from future subscriptions.
