We do not provide medical services, bookings, or individual case handling, and we charge patients nothing. Our revenue comes from annual subscription plans for licensed hospitals and clinics; subscriptions never influence our editorial decisions.

Process:
Receive the complaint with supporting evidence (invoices, medical reports, before/after photos with privacy safeguards, dated messages, etc.).
Review and contact the provider for a response when appropriate.
Issue a neutral, evidence-based decision.
If a violation is proven, we remove the hospital/clinic from our site and permanently ban future subscriptions.
We share personal data only when necessary for the review and in line with privacy law.
We publish ratings only with proof that treatment occurred at the reviewed provider (e.g., receipt, appointment record, discharge document, dated photos). We reject duplicate, paid, or unverifiable reviews.
Our editorial team operates independently of commercial arrangements. Annual subscriptions do not buy rankings and do not shield providers from removal in case of verified misconduct.
